Healthy Sleep Solutions can provide services within your rooms if requested at no cost to your practice or patients may be referred in the traditional manner to our rooms.

If you would like more information about our service or would like someone to come and visit you, please contact Healthy Sleep Solutions head office on (02) 9252 0266.

To refer patients to our service please;

  1. Click on the ‘Get Help Now’ link
  2. Type in the postcode where your practice is located
  3. Download the referral
  4. Fill in the relevant information in the referral
  5. Either fax the referral to the number on the bottom or ask your patient to call the Healthy Sleep Solutions sleep technician directly for an appointment.
